INGAGE is building the commercial operating system for women's sport — connecting athletes, fans, organisations and commercial partners through technology, content and data.
Formerly Elite Women Rugby Community (EWRC). Our global professional rugby competition, previously World Professional Rugby Championship (WPRC), is now INGAGE Rugby.

INGAGE is a UK-based sports technology company building the digital infrastructure for women's sport.
Our platform connects athletes, fans, sporting organisations and commercial partners through technology, content, community and data.
Our business combines the ownership and operation of sporting properties, beginning with INGAGE Rugby, with the licensing of our technology to third-party organisations across different sports and markets.
A scalable digital platform connecting athletes, fans, organisations and commercial partners.
Developing our own sporting properties, starting with INGAGE Rugby, to deploy and demonstrate our technology.
Making our platform available to independent sporting organisations, competitions and rights holders.
Creating revenue opportunities through technology licensing, partnerships, content, data and fan engagement.

What began with a first-hand understanding of the challenges facing elite female athletes has evolved into a technology business designed to unlock the commercial potential of women's sport.
Where it began
First-hand experience coaching elite female athletes at Richmond RFC revealed the structural gap between commitment and professional opportunity.
The ambition takes shape
European Women Rugby Championship Ltd was incorporated with the ambition of professionalising women's rugby.
Rethinking the model
Engagement across the sport exposed the limits of traditional commercial models. A fundamentally different approach was needed.
From competition to community
Our vision expanded internationally. EWRC evolved into Elite Women Rugby Community, and the World Professional Rugby Championship (WPRC) was conceived as its global competition.
Building the technology
Development began on a digital platform connecting athletes, fans, organisations and commercial partners.
A working platform
First working version completed. Athlete onboarding began, laying foundations for wider deployment.
Introducing INgage
EWRC rebrands as INGAGE, reflecting our evolution from a rugby-focused organisation into a technology-led business serving women's sport. WPRC becomes INGAGE Rugby, our first wholly owned sporting property.

INGAGE has developed a working digital platform connecting athletes, fans, sporting organisations and commercial partners. Built to integrate existing technologies and data sources, the platform is being developed to bring together community, content, data and commercial opportunities, with AI and machine learning providing a foundation for increasingly sophisticated insights and intelligence.
Bringing together athlete performance data, wearables, fan behaviour and commercial information, with AI-driven analytics being developed to generate actionable insights.
Connecting athlete stories and original content to distribution channels that grow audiences and unlock commercial value.
Building direct relationships between athletes, fans and organisations through connected communities and personalised digital experiences.
Creating opportunities for brands to connect with athletes, audiences and sporting properties through targeted partnerships and increasingly data-informed commercial engagement.

INGAGE connects athletes, fans, sporting organisations, commercial partners and content through one integrated digital ecosystem. By bringing together these interconnected elements, our technology creates opportunities for engagement, data-driven intelligence and commercial growth.
